Micro weddings are having a moment—and for good reason. Here at a Cherry Barc Farm, we've hosted dozens of micro-weddings here at the farm.  They are a favorite for bride's who want to just show up for their big day and enjoy their 60 friends and family. Here’s why people love them:

With a small guest list, you actually get quality time with everyone there. No drive-by hellos, no pressure to perform—just real moments with your favorite people.  Keeping our guest list to 58 people is the perfect amount. Include all those VIPs who you want to be there but have room on the list for friends as well.

Big savings (or better splurges)
Fewer guests = lower costs for food, rentals, favors, and etc. You can either spend way less overall or redirect the budget to things you truly care about.  Our couples will usually splurge on some delicious food and drinks for the bar, but we provide everything else for you micro-wedding.  Focus on your dress shopping and leave the decor to us!

Planning a micro wedding is usually simpler. Fewer opinions, fewer logistics, fewer curveballs. It’s easier to stay present and actually enjoy the day.  Our team is here to set up, break down, and handle everything in-between!

Handwritten notes, customized menus, meaningful rituals, intentional music choices… all of that is easier (and more impactful) with a small group.  One of the most special things I've seen is having all of the guests at the ceremony get up, make a circle around the couple, and pray over them.
