Good thing I know how to sew!  My beautiful bride busted the strap on her gown.  No worries though, I had it fixed in no time!

Deluxe Coordinating & Decorating:
-Lead coordinator and assistant provided.
-Confirmation with all wedding vendors the week before the wedding.
​-Act as point person for all other vendors.
-Full setup and decoration of the ceremony and reception area. (Decorations provided by the renting couple with access to our decor items that include whisky barrels, lanterns, galvanized bins, antique doors and much more!).
-Assist in deconstructing table decor & boxing up decorations.
-Take on duties and problems that may arise on the wedding day.
-Keep the wedding day running on schedule.
-Hand out flowers/pin on boutonnieres.
-Assistance in configuring table layout and seating arrangement.
-Greet guests, assist them to ceremony area, and take gifts.
-Access to the "Bridal Emergency Kit".
-Two in person meetings to plan.
-Unlimited phone calls/emails/texts.
-Oversee the signing and filling out of the marriage license.
-Run last minute errands.

Deluxe Coordinating $2,250

Day of Coordinating
-Assistance with decorating using renting couples' decorations.
-1 in person meeting to plan.
-Unlimited phone calls/text/emails.
-Keep everything running on schedule.
-Act as point person for all non-Cherry Barc Farm vendors.
-Hand out flowers and boutonnieres.
-Cherry Barc Farm lead coordinator

Hourly Help
Want just a little bit of help with your wedding? Clearing dishes, help with set up, coordinating your wedding party, etc.? We are also available for an hourly rate of $150/hour.  3 hours maximum of continuous service.  Arrangements must be made prior to the wedding day.
